A Jefferson County man has admitted to distributing cocaine base, leaving him facing a maximum 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.

Joroy Nigel Twyman, 40, of Ranson, West Virginia, plead guilty to one count of 'Possess with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Base' in a federal court. According to the plea, Twyman distributed cocaine base in April 2017 in Jefferson County.
