Jourden St. Marks, Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, Montana 2013

A 23-year-old man from the Rocky Boy's Reservation has been arraigned in federal court after allegedly committing a serious crime.

Jourden St. Marks, a 23-year-old resident of the Rocky Boy's Reservation, appeared in a federal court session in Great Falls, Montana, on March 14, 2013, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Keith Strong.

According to court records, St. Marks is facing a charge of assault resulting in serious bodily injury. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and 3 years of supervised release.

The investigation into the incident was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Danna R. Jackson is handling the case on behalf of the United States.
