Pensacola Man Charged with Narcotics and Firearms Offenses
PENSACOLA, FLORIDA - Jujuan George, 33, of Pensacola, was indicted by a federal grand jury on multiple charges related to narcotics and firearms.
According to the indictment, George is accused of distributing fentanyl and cocaine, as well as possessing these substances with intent to distribute. He is also charged with possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.
George was arraigned in federal court on August 28, 2025, before United States Magistrate Judge Hope Thai Cannon. His trial is scheduled for October 6, 2025, before United States District Judge M. Casey Rodgers.
If convicted, George faces up to life imprisonment.
The case is being investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office, and the Florida Highway Patrol. Assistant United States Attorney Jessica S. Etherton is prosecuting the case.
An indictment is merely an allegation by a grand jury that a defendant has committed a violation of federal criminal law and is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent and entitled to a fair trial, during which it will be the government's burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.
