Grimy Times Exposes Another Illegal Alien

In a shocking turn of events, Julio Valerio-Senteno, a 40-year-old Honduran national, was sentenced to time served for re-entering the United States without permission. The crime occurred on May 15, 2025, in the Eastern District of Louisiana.

According to court documents, Valerio-Senteno was previously removed from the United States on July 1, 2011, February 27, 2012, and October 2, 2013. His repeated attempts to re-enter the country without permission have been a thorn in the side of law enforcement.

United States Attorney David I. Courcelle praised the work of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement in investigating this matter. Assistant United States Attorney Duane A. Evans of the General Crimes Unit is responsible for the prosecution.

The case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that targets the invasion of illegal immigration and the elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations. This operation streamlines efforts and resources from the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETFs) and Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN).

Valerio-Senteno was sentenced to time served by United States District Judge Barry W. Ashe. He will also serve one (1) year of supervised release and pay a mandatory $100 special assessment fee.
