Heroin Trafficking Lands Philadelphia Man Behind Bars

Keevus Weeks, 33, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced to 135 months in prison for his role in a heroin trafficking operation that spanned state lines. The operation involved transporting heroin and oxycodone from Philadelphia to Morgantown, West Virginia, for redistribution and sale throughout the region.

Weeks was found guilty of one count of Conspiracy to Distribute Oxycodone and Heroin, two counts of Distribution of Oxycodone within 1000 feet of a Protected Location, and one count of Distribution of Oxycodone in June 2016. The Federal Bureau of Investigation, the West Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and the Mon Metro Drug and Violent Crime Task Force investigated the case.
