West Virginia Man Admits to Cocaine Sales

Keith Frazier, of Columbus, Ohio, has admitted to selling cocaine in West Virginia, according to U.S. Attorney Bill Powell.

Frazier, also known as “KK,” age 43, pled guilty to one count of “Distribution of Cocaine Base within 1000 feet of a Protected Location.” The crime occurred in March 2019 near Luau Manor in Ohio County.

The defendant faces at least one and up to 40 years incarceration and a fine of up to $2,000,000, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Shawn M. Adkins. The actual sentence will be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.

The Ohio Valley Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated the case.

The case is being prosecuted on behalf of the government by Assistant U.S. Attorney Shawn M. Adkins.

Frazier will be sentenced by U.S. Magistrate Judge James P. Mazzone.
