Kenneth D. Blair, Firearms Conspiracy, Nebraska 2023

A 21-year-old man from Omaha, Nebraska, has been sentenced to 21 months in federal prison for his role in a firearms conspiracy in furtherance of drug trafficking.

According to court documents, Kenneth D. Blair was one of several individuals who rented a house in Omaha that served as a central location for the distribution of marijuana, marijuana derivatives, and cocaine. The house was owned by Rodolfo Falcon, who has a distinctive tattoo on his hand and was seen posing with firearms in photos.

On September 28, 2023, agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Safe Streets Task Force searched the residence and recovered cocaine, marijuana, currency, drug paraphernalia, and several firearms. One of the firearms shown in the photo was recovered from the residence, along with a stolen firearm and an AR15 rifle.

At the time of the search, Blair was in the basement of the residence along with two apparent narcotics customers. Drugs and cash were also recovered from that location. Keland Strong used an upstairs room that contained numerous firearms, while Falcon lived on the main level of the home where agents recovered cash, cocaine, and personal identification documents.

Evidence of significant marijuana distribution was also recovered, including wrappers for large quantities of marijuana. Text messages between the group members revealed that the home was being used as a main distribution hub and that the individuals worked together to sell drugs to 'serves' (their code word for narcotics purchasers).

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Blair's sentence includes 21 months' imprisonment with no parole in the federal system. He will begin a 3-year term of supervised release after his release from prison.

Other defendants in the case include Majok Bethow, Rodolfo Falcon, Keland Strong, and Alexis Bernal Lopez, who have all pleaded guilty to firearms conspiracy and possession of a firearm in the furtherance of drug trafficking. Their sentencing dates are January 11, 2024, January 19, 2024, February 8, 2024, and February 16, 2024, respectively.
