Kenneth Kurson, Cyberstalking, New York 2020

Kurson, 52, charged with cyberstalking three victims in New York, authorities say.

Kurson, also known as “Jayden Wagner” and “Eddie Train,” surrendered to authorities in Brooklyn and will appear in court today.

According to the FBI, Kurson engaged in a pattern of stalking and harassment against three victims between November 2015 and December 2015.

As part of this pattern, Kurson used multiple aliases to file false complaints about two of the victims with their employer, posted false negative reviews about one victim’s professional conduct on crowd-sourced review websites, and made unsolicited contact with two of the victims.

Kurson also traveled to the workplace of two of the victims, taking photographs and inquiring about one victim’s work schedule.

The charges in the complaint are allegations, and Kurson is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

The government’s case is being handled by the Office’s Public Integrity Section, with Assistant United States Attorneys Nathan D. Reilly and Ryan C. Harris in charge of the prosecution.

Kurson, whose real name is Kenneth Kurson, is a 52-year-old resident of Maplewood, New Jersey.

The charges against Kurson are as follows:

Cyberstalking (18 U.S.C. § 2261A(2))

This case is being handled by the Office’s Public Integrity Section. The charges in the complaint are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

The case is assigned to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, case number 20-MJ-990.
