Orlando, Florida - In a shocking display of disregard for the law, Kyle Lopez, a 46-year-old sex offender from Morgantown, West Virginia, has been sentenced to 36 months in federal prison for failing to register as a sex offender in Florida.

Lopez has a history of committing heinous crimes, including indecency with a child, sexual assault against a child, and failure to register as a sex offender. His most recent offense involved failing to register as a sex offender in Florida after moving from West Virginia in September 2017.
