Like Chen, Drug Trafficking, Louisiana 2026
NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – A convicted drug trafficker has been sentenced in the Eastern District of Louisiana, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office.
On July 8, 2026, Like Chen, age 36, was sentenced by United States District Judge Greg G. Guidry to 24 months' imprisonment, 4 years of supervised release, and a $100.00 mandatory special assessment fee.
Chen pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute, and possess with intent to distribute, a mixture and substance containing one hundred (100) kilograms or more of a substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 846.
