Longino Ramirez Ramos, Unlawful Reentry, Oklahoma 2025

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – Longino Ramirez Ramos, a 51-year-old Mexican national, has pleaded guilty to Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

Ramos was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on May 5, 2010, on February 14, 2011, on October 17, 2019, and on February 7, 2020, according to the indictment.

The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that aims to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, eliminate cartels and transnational criminal organizations, and protect communities from violent crime.

Ramos faces a term of imprisonment of not more than two years and a fine of not more than $250,000.00 for the Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien charge.

The Honorable Jason A. Robertson, U.S. Magistrate Judge, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report. A U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

Ramos will remain in the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending sentencing. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jacob R. Parker represented the United States.
