Malik Hudson, Sex Trafficking, Pennsylvania 2026
PHILADELPHIA - Malik Hudson, 30, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 19 months in prison for failing to meet sex offender registry requirements and violating terms of supervised release.
According to the U.S. Attorney's office, Hudson was previously convicted of sex trafficking a minor and was sentenced in September 2019 to 72 months in prison and 10 years of supervised release.
After his release from Bureau of Prisons custody on September 27, 2024, Hudson immediately absconded and failed to report to the U.S. Probation Office, as required.
The defendant's assigned probation officer repeatedly tried to contact and locate Hudson, but to no avail. Hudson also failed to update his sex offender registration, as required by law.
In addition to his prison sentence, Hudson was also sentenced to five years of supervised release and a $100 special assessment.
This case was investigated by the U.S. Marshals Service and prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Eileen Castilla Geiger.
