Mario JB Juan, Abusive Sexual Contact of a Child, Arizona 2026

A disturbing case of child sex abuse has shaken the community in Sells, Arizona. Mario JB Juan, 39 years old, has pleaded guilty to one count of Abusive Sexual Contact of a Child. This heinous crime took place in 2015, when Juan knowingly engaged in sexual contact with a victim under the age of 12.

Juan was employed at the Head Start Program in Sells at the time of the crime. His actions have left a lasting impact on the victim and their loved ones. The U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Arizona, Tucson, is handling the prosecution.
