Iowa Man Sentenced for Trafficking in Omaha
A devastating blow to the Omaha community, Matthew Podgorski, 23, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana. This sentence is a stark reminder of the harsh consequences of engaging in illicit activities.
On July 18, 2018, officers observed Podgorski driving a vehicle eastbound on I-80 in Omaha, traveling approximately 60 mph in a 50 mph construction zone.
