Michael Barr, Violent Crime, Pennsylvania 2010

In a shocking turn of events, Michael Barr, a 35-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was charged in the PAED Federal District Court for his involvement in a violent crime that left one person dead and several others injured. The case, BARR, was filed on May 20, 2010.

According to the federal indictment, Barr was charged with one count of murder, three counts of attempted murder, and one count of conspiracy to commit a crime of violence. The charges were brought forth after a lengthy investigation by the FBI and local law enforcement.

The alleged incident occurred on January 10, 2010, when Barr and several co-defendants stormed a Philadelphia nightclub, sparking a violent confrontation that resulted in the death of 25-year-old Jamal Jenkins. Several others were injured in the melee.
