Michael Davis, a 35-year-old resident of Virginia, stood trial at the VAWD Federal District Court for a series of violent crimes committed in the year 2020. The case, known as the 'Davis' case, began on January 28, 2020, with the filing of charges against the defendant.

According to the indictment, Davis was accused of multiple counts of assault, armed robbery, and attempted murder. The charges alleged that Davis, armed with a handgun, robbed a convenience store in the early hours of the morning, resulting in severe injuries to the store clerk. Further investigation revealed that Davis was also involved in a separate incident where he attempted to murder a rival gang member.
