Michael Linzmeier, Violent Crime, California 2010
On October 27, 2010, the United States Department of Justice filed a federal indictment against Michael Linzmeier in the California Eastern District Federal District Court. The defendant was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, as well as discharging a firearm in relation to a crime of violence. The charges stemmed from a violent incident that occurred on October 8, 2009, in the city of Redding, California. According to reports, Linzmeier allegedly fired a weapon in the direction of a victim, causing serious bodily harm.
