Grimy Times has obtained information that 24-year-old Nicholas Tyler Smith of Livingston, Montana, has been charged with receipt of a firearm while under information and false statement in firearms acquisition.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Smith appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Cavan and pleaded not guilty on February 12, 2024.
