Noah Lee Craddock, Possessing a Firearm as a Felon, Pennsylvania 2025

HARRISBURG, Pa. - A Harrisburg man has been sentenced to 71 months in prison for unlawfully possessing a firearm as a felon, announced the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Noah Lee Craddock, age 33, of Harrisburg, was sentenced on August 12, 2025, by United States District Judge Jennifer P. Wilson for the crime.

According to Acting United States Attorney John C. Gurganus, in November 2020, the Pennsylvania State Police stopped a vehicle Craddock was driving on Interstate 83 in Harrisburg. During the stop, police recovered a 9mm Glock pistol and a loaded magazine from the vehicle.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the government to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations, and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.

The investigation was conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Pennsylvania State Police. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Carlo D. Marchioli.

Craddock's sentence of 71 months' imprisonment is a result of his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 922(g)(1).

Craddock is currently incarcerated at a federal correctional facility. The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania commends the Pennsylvania State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for their work on this case.

This case is part of a larger effort by the Middle District of Pennsylvania to combat violent crime and hold those accountable who commit such crimes.
