Norwin Castellon-Lopez Pleads Guilty to Illegal Reentry in New Orleans

In a shocking turn of events, Norwin Castellon-Lopez, a 32-year-old Nicaraguan national, has pleaded guilty to illegal reentry in the United States. According to court documents, Castellon-Lopez was found in the country on July 29, 2014, after having been officially deported and removed on December 22, 2010.
