Harrisburg Businessman Sentenced for Tax Fraud

A Harrisburg businessman has been sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for tax fraud in a decision handed down yesterday in the United States District Court in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Paul Biko, age 66, was found guilty of failing to pay federal income taxes and Federal Insurance Contributions Act (FICA) taxes due to the United States for the fourth quarter of 2008. As the owner of three Harrisburg businesses - Clearview of Harrisburg, Clearview Landscaping and Clearview Builders - Biko controlled the financial affairs of the companies, including all business bank accounts.
