In a shocking turn of events, Quintaro M. Scott, a notorious defendant, was indicted on multiple charges related to a violent crime in Illinois in 2018. On March 20, 2018, the indictment was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (ILND Federal District).
