On August 30, 2010, Rafael Mondragon, a resident of Illinois, was charged with multiple counts of violent crimes in the federal district court.
The charges filed against Mondragon included, but were not limited to, armed robbery, kidnapping, and the use of a firearm in the commission of a crime.
