California Man Indicted for Transporting 165 Pounds of Methamphetamine

In a shocking discovery, a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper found 165 pounds of methamphetamine in a vehicle driven by Rafael Solis, a 30-year-old man from Cucamonga, California.

Solis was charged with one count of possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute in an indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Springfield, Missouri, on November 30, 2022.

According to an affidavit filed in support of the original criminal complaint, Solis was stopped by a trooper on Interstate 44 in Greene County, Missouri, on November 29, 2022.
