California Man Indicted for Transporting 165 Pounds of Methamphetamine
In a shocking discovery, a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper found 165 pounds of methamphetamine in a vehicle driven by Rafael Solis, a 30-year-old man from Cucamonga, California.
