A South Dakota man has been charged with failing to register as a sex offender, a federal crime that carries serious consequences.

Raymond Lloyd Jandreau, a 61-year-old man from Marty, South Dakota, was indicted by a federal grand jury on May 9, 2017, for failure to register as a sex offender in the District of South Dakota.
