Rhiannon Lee Rojas, 43, Sentenced to 9 Years for Methamphetamine Conspiracy

A federal judge in Lincoln, Nebraska, has sentenced Rhiannon Lee Rojas, 43, to nine years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine actual (pure) and 500 grams or more of methamphetamine mixture.

According to court documents, Rojas was involved in the distribution of at least five kilograms (approximately 11 pounds) of methamphetamine mixture in the Lincoln area between July 2019 and April 2020.

During that time, Rojas was found in possession of at least 39 grams of methamphetamine actual on one occasion in January 2020.

Rojas also acted as an interpreter during two purchases of methamphetamine, totaling more than six ounces, made by a confidential informant working with the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force from Rojas's co-conspirator on two occasions in February 2020.

The case was investigated by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force.

Rojas will serve five years on supervised release following her prison term. There is no parole in the federal system.
