Robert Pulliam, Marijuana Manufacturing, Indiana 2013
South Bend, IN - In a shocking turn of events, Robert Pulliam, 52, of New Carlisle, has pleaded guilty to manufacturing marijuana. The charges against him were filed as a result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration. According to sources, Pulliam faces sentencing on July 31, 2013.
Pulliam's guilty plea was accepted by Magistrate Judge Christopher Nuechterlein, who has recommended that the district court accept the plea. Parties have 10 days to object to the magistrate judge's recommendation. Assistant United States Attorney Frank Schaffer is prosecuting the case.
