Rodney Alls, Distribution of Crack Cocaine, New York 2017
A Lackawanna man has been sentenced to 25 months in prison for selling crack cocaine near a public housing facility.
Rodney Alls, a/k/a Session, 49, of Buffalo, NY, was convicted of distribution of crack cocaine. He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Emmanuel O. Ulubiyo stated that in May 2017, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Lackawanna Police Department investigated Alls for suspected distribution of crack cocaine in and around the City of Lackawanna.
On 10 occasions between May 10, 2017, and July 11, 2017, Alls sold crack cocaine to an individual working with the FBI. Each of the sales occurred at or within 1,000 feet of the Baker Homes Housing Project, a public housing facility owned by the Lackawanna Municipal Housing Authority.
The sentencing is the result of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge Gary Loeffert, and the Lackawanna Police Department, under the direction of Chief James Michel.
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced the sentencing.
