Armed Robbery Lands Omaha Man 7 Years in Prison
Omaha, Nebraska - In a disturbing display of violence, Sammie Ranson, 30, of Omaha, Nebraska, committed two armed robberies at commercial businesses in the city.
On April 5, 2020, Ranson targeted a Boost mobile store, where he assaulted one employee while armed with a knife. Just a month later, on March 30, 2020, Ranson robbed a Subway restaurant, threatening to kill two employees if they reported the incident to the police after he left the store.
