Sammy Monroe Ebarb, Jr., Failure to Register as Sex Offender, Oklahoma 2025
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – A Pittsburg County resident was sentenced to 24 months in prison for failing to register as a sex offender.
Sammy Monroe Ebarb, Jr., age 41, of Longtown, Oklahoma, was sentenced on October 8, 2025 for one count of Failure to Register as Sex Offender.
According to investigators, Ebarb was convicted of First Degree Rape in the District Court of Latimer County, Oklahoma, on May 20, 2003.
