Shadeed Seifullah Muhammad, Methamphetamine Conspiracy, Missouri 2017

A group of five individuals have been charged with participating in a massive methamphetamine conspiracy in Cole County, Missouri. The defendants, which include a Compton, California man, are accused of distributing methamphetamine in the area between January 15, 2016, and February 18, 2017.

Shadeed Seifullah Muhammad, 41, of Compton, California, has been charged with two counts of distributing 500 grams or more of methamphetamine in March and April 2016. He is also accused of participating in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Cole County.

The other defendants include Javier Rashad Rosser, 30, of Jefferson City, Missouri, who is charged with attempting to possess 500 grams or more of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute on March 9, 2016. Rosser is also accused of participating in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Cole County.

Robert Istill McNair, 30, of Jefferson City, Missouri, is also charged with participating in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Cole County. In addition, he is accused of using a cell phone to facilitate the commission of the drug-trafficking conspiracy.

Bria Lanier-Richie, 37, of Jefferson City, Missouri, is charged with participating in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Cole County. She is also accused of using a cell phone to facilitate the commission of the drug-trafficking conspiracy.

James Alexander Larkins, 37, of Columbia, Missouri, is also charged with participating in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Cole County. He is also accused of using a cell phone to facilitate the commission of the drug-trafficking conspiracy.

The defendants remain in federal custody pending detention hearings. The government is seeking detention without bond for all of the defendants.
