Additionally, between May 1, 2022, and June 21, 2022, Mousseaux engaged in sexual contact with another one of his then-girlfriend’s daughter, who was 14 years old at the time.

The case was investigated by the FBI and Yankton Sioux Law Enforcement, with Assistant U.S. Attorneys Ann M. Hoffman and Paige Petersen prosecuting the case. A presentence investigation was ordered and a sentencing date has been set for July 19, 2024. The defendant was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
