If convicted, Greene faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
Greene has remained in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service since his arrest on August 14, 2019.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Elly M. Peirson, and the investigation was conducted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Danville and Catlin, Illinois, Police Departments.
