A shocking case of methamphetamine trafficking has shaken the streets of Florida. Stephen Godbolt, a 50-year-old man from Cross City, Florida, has pleaded guilty to possessing 12 pounds of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.
Godbolt's guilty plea comes after he sold three pounds of methamphetamine to a confidential informant on January 31, 2024. Following the transaction, law enforcement stopped Godbolt in Dixie County, where a search of his vehicle revealed an additional nine pounds of methamphetamine.
