Steven Ray Quigley, Failure to Register as Sex Offender, Oklahoma 2024

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – Steven Ray Quigley, a/k/a Steven Woods, age 38, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Failure to Register as Sex Offender, punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

According to the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the Indictment alleged that Quigley was convicted by the State of Oklahoma of Lewd or Indecent Acts to Child Under 16 in Mayes County on October 11, 2012, and was required to register as a sex offender.

The case was investigated by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Muskogee Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney, Michael P. Lowden, is prosecuting the case.
