Philadelphia Man Sentenced to Five Years in Prison for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine

A Philadelphia man, Terll Shell, 42, has been sentenced to 68 months in federal prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine on the Choctaw Indian Reservation.
