A 51-year-old Erie man has been sentenced to six years and eight months in prison for violating federal laws related to the sexual exploitation of children.
Terry Chase White was sentenced by United States District Judge David S. Cercone in federal court in Erie, Pennsylvania on [insert date].
According to information presented to the court, White received computer images and movies depicting prepubescent minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
White was convicted of violating federal laws relating to the sexual exploitation of children.
The case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Assistant United States Attorney Christian A. Trabold prosecuted this case on behalf of the government.
