Failure to Appear Lands Isabel Man in Hot Water

A recent indictment has left one man facing a lengthy prison sentence and hefty fine. Theodore Taylor, a 34-year-old resident of Isabel, South Dakota, was charged with Failure to Appear after allegedly disobeying a court order.
