Tiffany Markle, a resident of Wheeling, West Virginia, has been caught up in a web of crime after admitting to a methamphetamine charge. The 33-year-old woman pleaded guilty to one count of Conspiracy to Distribute and to Possess with the Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
