NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – A federal indictment has been handed down against Tino Pierre, a 25-year-old New Orleans man, for allegedly being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

According to the indictment, Pierre is charged with violating Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(8), which prohibits a felon from possessing a firearm.

The indictment was announced by United States Attorney David I. Courcelle on July 24, 2026.
