A West Virginia man has been accused of distributing methamphetamine in the Mountain State. According to a recent indictment, Todd Michael Hensley, 47, of Anderson, South Carolina, is charged with one count of 'Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.'

The alleged crime took place in January 2020 in Marshall County, West Virginia. If convicted, Hensley faces up to 20 years incarceration and a fine of up to $1,000,000.

The indictment also calls for the forfeiture of 15 firearms, including three AK47s, nearly 300 rounds of ammunition, $9,000 in cash, and an iPhone XR.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Shawn M. Adkins on behalf of the government. The Drug Enforcement Administration and the Marshall County Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated the alleged crime.
