Armed Dealer Gets 7+ Years for Meth and Firearm Charges

A Marietta, Georgia man, Traon Turk, 30, has been sentenced to over seven years in federal prison for his role in a methamphetamine distribution operation.

Turk led police on a high-speed car chase in Marietta in 2023, with officers ultimately apprehending him after a brief foot pursuit. At the time of his arrest, Turk was found to be in possession of a firearm, a crime for which he was previously convicted.
