Trey Cardale Campbell, a 27-year-old Martinsburg man, has been found guilty of distributing heroin, furanyl fentanyl, and fentanyl in Berkeley County, West Virginia.
The charges against Campbell stem from an incident in May 2017, where he was found to have distributed the illicit substances in the county.
A jury found Campbell guilty of one count of "Possession with Intent to Distribute Furanyl Fentanyl, Heroin, and Fentanyl." However, the jury returned a not guilty verdict on one count of "Distribution of Heroin."
Campbell was sentenced to 180 months incarceration by Chief U.S. District Judge Gina M. Groh.
The investigation into Campbell's activities was carried out by the Eastern Panhandle Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative.
