An Enid man has been charged with threatening to kill multiple government officials, announced United States Attorney Robert J. Troester.
Tyler Jay Marshall, 36, was charged by criminal complaint with transmitting in interstate commerce a communication containing a threat. The charges stem from a series of tweets sent on May 15, 2023, which allegedly threatened the lives of Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and United States Senator Ted Cruz.
