Tyrone Franklin, Felon in Possession of Firearm, Indiana 2013

South Bend, IN - A shocking case of firearm abuse has come to light in South Bend, Indiana, as Tyrone Franklin, a 34-year-old resident of Michigan City, faces serious charges.

According to the United States Attorney's Office, Franklin has been indicted on four counts: two counts of felon in possession of a firearm and/or ammunition, and two counts of felon in possession of one or more firearms.
