HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS — A Hot Springs couple was sentenced to over 20 years in federal prison for their roles in a methamphetamine conspiracy.
William Bostick, 45, was sentenced to 126 months in prison, followed by five years of federal supervised release, for his role in a conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine.
Ashley Bostick, 42, was sentenced to 135 months in prison, also followed by five years of federal supervised release, for her role in the same conspiracy.
According to court records, law enforcement agents conducted undercover controlled purchases of methamphetamine from the Bosticks in late 2024 and early 2025. On June 16, 2025, law enforcement agents executed a search warrant at the Bosticks' residence, during which they located a large quantity of methamphetamine.
Both William and Ashley Bostick have prior felony convictions, and the couple pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine on December 2, 2025.
United States Attorney Kevin R. Holmes made the announcement, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Bryan A. Achorn prosecuted the case for the United States. The Department of Homeland Security, Investigations Division, and the 18th East Judicial District Drug Task Force investigated the case, with the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the 18th East Judicial District assisting with the prosecution and investigation.
The case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative to combat transnational criminal organizations and protect communities from violent crime.
The Bosticks' sentences will be served concurrently, resulting in a total of 261 months of imprisonment. Related court documents can be found on the Public Access to Electronic Records website at www.pacer.gov.
