William Jared Breski, Child Sex Crimes, Florida 2026

TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA - William Jared Breski, a 37-year-old resident of Eastpoint, Florida, has been indicted on new child sex crimes charges, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Florida. The indictment alleges that Breski attempted to entice a minor, attempted to transmit obscene material to minors, and violated penalties for registered sex offenders.

Breski appeared in federal court on [no date specified] before United States Magistrate Judge Martin A. Fitzpatrick in Tallahassee, Florida. His jury trial is scheduled for April 20, 2026, before District Court Judge Robert L. Hinkle.

If convicted, Breski faces a mandatory 10 years' imprisonment up to life imprisonment on the attempted enticement count, up to 10 years' imprisonment on the attempted transmission of obscene material count, and 10 years' imprisonment consecutive to any other sentence imposed on the penalties for registered sex offender count.

The case was investigated by the Leon County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations. Assistant United States Attorney Justin M. Keen is prosecuting the case.

Launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice and led by the U.S. Attorney's Offices and the Criminal Divisions Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS), it marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims.
