Bradford Duo Indicted in Explosives Scheme

ERIE, Pa. – A Bradford couple is facing serious federal charges after allegedly peddling explosives to an unlicensed individual, according to an indictment unsealed today. Jarred Douglas Major, 27, and Rechelle Lea Judd, 30, both of Bradford, Pa., are accused of violating federal explosives laws, a crime that carries a hefty penalty.

The one-count indictment, handed down by a federal grand jury in Erie, alleges that Major and Judd knowingly distributed explosive materials to a person not authorized to possess them. United States Attorney David J.
