Romero, 35, of Columbia, South Carolina, is headed to federal prison for five years after being sentenced today for his role in a large-scale cocaine trafficking scheme operating in Erie. This confirmed the ongoing operation and provided crucial evidence tying Romero to the distribution network. Acting United States Attorney Soo C. Song announced the sentence, emphasizing the collaborative effort that brought Romero to justice. Assistant United States Attorney Marshall J.
