Lavern Luxon Sentenced

A heinous crime has been met with justice in the case of Lavern David Luxon, Jr., a 25-year-old man from Rosebud, South Dakota, who was sentenced on April 10, 2017, for the sexual abuse of a minor.

The sentence, handed down by U.S. District Judge Roberto A. Lange, includes 96 months in prison, 5 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
